Terms of Service
Last updated 13 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Wolfshead Bridge (the "Bridge"), the website and software operated by Wolfshead ("Wolfshead", "we", "us"). By using the Bridge you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What the Bridge is
The Bridge is an interface that helps you move USDC and certain other digital assets between blockchains. It prepares transactions for you to review and sign in your own wallet, and it tracks and completes transfers using third-party protocols, including Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol ("CCTP") and Gateway, Circle's Forwarding Service, Across, Uniswap and Jupiter.
The Bridge is non-custodial. We never hold your private keys or take possession of your assets. Every transfer starts with a transaction you sign in your own wallet. Where we pay network fees to complete a delivery (for example, arriving on Arc), we do so without ever controlling your funds.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Bridge if you are subject to sanctions, located in a sanctioned or embargoed jurisdiction, or prohibited by applicable law from using it. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
3. Your responsibilities
- Addresses. You are solely responsible for the recipient address. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed: USDC sent to a wrong address, or to a contract that cannot handle it, is permanently lost, and we cannot recover it.
- Your wallet. You are responsible for the security of your wallet, keys and devices, and for every transaction you sign.
- Review before signing. Check the route, amount, fees and recipient shown before you sign. Quotes can change until a transaction is confirmed.
- Claims. On some destinations the transfer must be claimed with a further transaction, paid for in that chain's gas token. Until it is claimed or delivered, the funds do not arrive.
4. Fees
You pay the network (gas) fees for transactions you sign. Third-party protocols may charge their own fees, which are taken from the amount transferred and shown to you before you sign, including CCTP fast-transfer fees, Circle's Forwarding Service fee when you choose delivery by Circle, Across's bridging fee, and swap costs such as price impact and slippage. Displayed amounts are estimates until the transfer completes.
5. Third-party protocols and assets
Transfers depend on blockchains, smart contracts, attestation services, relayers, liquidity providers, RPC providers and wallets that we do not control. They may be delayed, paused, changed, fail or be unavailable, and assets may be refunded rather than delivered. For example, a transfer from Robinhood that Across does not complete is refunded in USDG. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those third parties. Stablecoins such as USDC and USDG are issued by third parties and can lose their peg or be frozen by their issuers.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Bridge for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion; to interfere with or attack the Bridge or its infrastructure; or to access it through automated means in a way that burdens our systems.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Bridge, including supported chains, routes and tokens, at any time, and we may restrict access where required by law or to protect users. We may update these Terms; the date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Bridge means you accept the updated Terms.
8. No advice
Nothing on the Bridge is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not recommend any asset or transaction.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Bridge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any transfer will complete within any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolfshead and its affiliates, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of assets, profits or data, arising from your use of the Bridge, including losses caused by user error, third-party protocols, blockchain failures or unauthorised access to your wallet. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid directly to us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Wolfshead harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Bridge or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Majuro, Marshall Islands, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
