Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 September 2026
This policy explains what information Wolfshead Bridge (the "Bridge"), operated by Wolfshead ("we", "us"), handles when you use it, and why. We do not ask for your name, email address or identity documents to use the Bridge.
1. Information we store
- Transfer records. When you start a transfer we store the sending and receiving wallet addresses, the chains, the amounts and fees, the transaction hashes, the transfer's status and any error, and timestamps. We need these to complete, track and recover your transfer, and to let you find it again from your wallet.
- Server logs. Our servers and hosting provider record technical logs, which can include IP addresses, request paths, transfer IDs, wallet addresses and transaction hashes. We use them to operate, secure and debug the Bridge.
- Support messages. If you email us, we keep your email address and what you send us to answer you.
Wallet addresses, amounts and transaction hashes are also permanently public on the blockchains involved. Anyone can look up the transfers associated with a public wallet address, including through the Bridge.
2. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run analytics or tracking scripts. While access to the Bridge is restricted, a single strictly necessary cookie records that you entered the access password. The Bridge also uses your browser's own storage to remember your slippage setting and to keep an in-progress transfer recoverable if you reload the page; that data stays in your browser.
3. Third parties
To quote, carry and track transfers, the Bridge relies on third parties who receive the information their part requires: typically wallet addresses, amounts and transaction hashes, and in some cases your IP address:
- Circle (CCTP, Gateway and the Forwarding Service) and Across, which carry transfers;
- Uniswap, Jupiter and Across, which price and route swaps;
- blockchain RPC providers, which your browser or our servers contact to read balances and send transactions;
- your wallet provider, and WalletConnect (Reown) if you connect through it;
- our hosting provider, which runs our servers and database.
Each handles information under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
We keep transfer records for as long as needed to operate the Bridge, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Quotes that never became a transfer are deleted automatically. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to how it is used. Note that information recorded on a blockchain cannot be changed or deleted by anyone. To make a request, email us from the address you want us to respond to.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and restricted access to our systems. No system is perfectly secure.
7. Children
The Bridge is not intended for anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed, and material changes will be noted on the Bridge.
